Beer: 20 Points Reduces Intelligence by 1
Booze: 5 Points Reduces Perception by 1
Booze: 10 Points Reduces Intelligence by 1
Okay so I know you're wondering, "how do I figure out how many points I'm drinking?"
It all depends on the glass you're drinking out of. Glasses, shot glasses, mugs, bottles and all sorts of other drink holders have a different point value. The higher the point value, the more liquid it can contain.
It isn't always as simple as 1, 2 though, there is a 3. Bartenders have the tendancy to water down their alcohol, since it's so rare, they want it to last a long time. Because of this, they may mix 7 points of beer with 3 points of water in a glass that can fill 10 points. So when you drink this, even though you're drinking 10 points of liquid, you've only drank 7 points of beer.
New Action Point Rules
Before, the combat system was completely turn based. Person A took his turn first, and Person B took her turn second, then back and forth.
The Sim is still turned based, but it is now simutaniously turn based, meaning that if Person A has 5 Action Points, and Person B only has 3 Action Points, then both players can go at the same time, but once Person B runs out of action points, he or she must wait for Person A to use up the rest of his or her action points. Likewise, if Person A uses all 5 of his action points before Person B uses her 3, then Person A cannot make another move until Person B's turn is over. Once both Players' turns are up, their Action Points are recharged and they can go again.
