Junk: Hence the name Junktown. The whole city is surrounded by a barrier of junk. From broken down cars, to metal plates to just about anything you can think of that you'd find in the nearest junkyard. Even with all the junk they've used to create this giant barrier, that stands easily 20 feet up in the air, there is still a ton of junk left in Junktown. There is a large junkyard in the northeast part of town, which is simply refered to as the Junkyard. Many homeless people will find cars or trunks of cars to sleep in to keep at least a little bit warm. It is also from the Junkyard that the people of Junktown get the materials to build their homes.

Entrance: A huge blue pipe sits amongst the junk. It is the only entrance to Junktown and is always guarded by at least two of Junktown's Police Officers.

Police Hangout: A bar that many police officers hang out at to play pool, get food, and just relax while they're on call. The Hangout is located right next to the entrance of Junktown, so if raiders come they can be up and ready for action at any point in time. It is said that every police officer in Junktown is always on duty. With the Police Hangout, they can have some fun as well.

Jail: There is only one key to this jail, and the Mayor has it. There is a guard posted at the jail at all times whether there are criminals in the jail or not. This is because it is very easy to get yourself locked in the jail, and getting the key from the Mayor is aggrivating work. It is also easy to just walk into the jail and put weapons or other equipment there to help break out. The Jail is simply a small, one roomed building with a metal door on it.

Hospital: Doctor Morbid's hospital. If you wish to get healed, or just checked up on, go see him. He has two guards with him at all times, to make sure that you pay for your treatment. He also has a guy who ships medical supplies to other locations through a caravan.

Brahmin Pens: There isn't very many crops in Junktown, so they trade for food with Shady Sands. They'll trade their Brahmin for this. Sometimes they'll just eat the Brahmin.

General Store: The Mayor's home, also the base of operations for the Police, and the General Store. The General Store has just about anything you could ever want, except for high tech weaponry... or high tech anything. He runs things at a fair price, but in Junktown where everything is rare, his fair price might not be so fair to you.

The Crash House Hotel: A hotel ran near the Mayor’s home/store. Many people dwell here since housing in Junktown is scarce. The upper portion of it is the meeting place and hangout of the Skulz.

Gizmo's Casino: Runs the only Casino in Junktown. He has a hand full of guards protecting him for unknown reasons. It is rumored that his games are rigged, and that he is running a crooked operation.

Boxing Ring: Legal boxing takes place just to the north of Gizmo's Casino. It is ran and orchestrated by Gizmo himself, who makes a little change through these matches. They are always non-lethal, and are watched by plenty of people. Anyone who wishes to fight can fight, they just have to go through Gizmo first.

Skump Pitt: The local pub. This is the Skullz nightly hang out, but it is welcome to anyone who wants some liquor, although it is said that the booze are watered down.

Recognition: Known for their good women.

Guards: The mayor of the town has built a very functioning and efficient police force, who guard the town from dangerous outside forces, and protect the citizens of the town from crime. The guards enforce the no-weapons drawn law. Everything is fair with the guards. They don’t bring anyone in without proper evidence first, and there are no rogue guards. They make it a point not to stick their nose into other peoples business, unless they suspect them of wrong doing.

Trading: Junktown has a lot of crap in it, so they do a lot of trading with the outside world to keep themselves running well. They have a low opinion of the Hub, due to all the crime and sinisterly mean town police officers, and their tendency to sell Junktown broken junk, but they’ll still occasionally trade with them.

No Weapons Drawn Law: No weapons are allowed to be drawn in Junktown. They allow anyone to have their firearms, but they do not allow anyone to use them without expressed permission from the mayor, or in self defense, meaning if somebody attacks you, you are allowed to shoot them.

The Khans: Occasionally the Khans will come into Junktown and cause trouble, they are usually even matched, but with Junktown’s large defensive wall, and better numbers, it is normally easy enough to keep the Khans at bay, so the attacks on Junktown are few and far between.

The Skulz: The meanest gang in town. They are also the only gang in town. Nobody messes with them, mainly because the police doesn’t have anything to go on to arrest them all. Filled with stalkers and rapists, but not much murderers, the Skulz mostly just hang out around the casino or in the Skum Pit. Most of them are instigators who go around starting fights in the Skum Pit.

Housing: The whole of Junktown is surrounded by cars piled on top of each other, and metal shrapnel and other sort of things to keep a large wall up to keep out the Khans and other such evil people who they don’t want to get in. The only way in or out of Junktown is through an oversized pipe that is about 30 feet long, and 15 feet across. There is always a guard outside of the pipe, and on the other side of the pipe to make sure nobody gets in. There are several guards who circle the outside of the wall who watch for raiders. There aren’t very many houses inside of the Junktown, and very few were ever meant to be houses in the first place. The Hospital is one of the only real buildings left over. The rest of the buildings in Junktown are made up of several hundred pieces of metal all nailed together and turned into houses and buildings. The houses have been worked on so much that they are very sturdy, although since they’re made out of sheet metal and the sort, bullets will pass right through the walls without any trouble. A lot of people have their own houses, but in order for them to have gotten that house they will have had to hire the help to build it for them. There is a junkyard to the far north of Junktown where there is plenty of supplies to use to build the house, but without several hands to help out with the construction, it could take several years to build it. Even with help it takes several months of work, and several thousand bottle caps to pay the helping hands. Those who cannot afford to build their own house typically pay to sleep in the Crash House Hotel, although there is a large portion of Junktown that scavenge chairs and tables and other such things from the junkyard and live outdoors, setting things on fire to keep warm. Some just live in the junkyard, keeping warm inside of crushed cars. Housing is not provided for people. They must buy the land to build on from the Mayor, and then they must pay a monthly fee. If they don't, they're thrown out of their house and anyone who can afford the fee and give the house to them.

Currency: Junktown uses bottle caps as their main form of buying and selling. There are several thousand caps circulating throughout Junktown. Then of course there is bartering, which is pretty much the system anywhere in the world.

Weapons: Junktown’s weapons are relatively low tech, but they are much more well off than places such as Shady Sands or the Khans Base. Their main weapons consist of Colt 45’s and other pistols, they have plenty of shotguns, and there are hunting rifles throughout the land, although most of this stuff is in low working order. There are very few people without some sort of gun, but knives are still ever popular throughout the land, and if you are that dirt poor that you can’t even afford that, then you can always grab a metal pipe from the junkyard. Armor is pretty light in the land, as most people don’t even have armor. The town Guards have leather armor or leather jackets. Only one of Gizmo’s men have anything better, which is his main and most trusted Guard, who has metal armor.
